Landowners and green energy
Unused land yields nothing at all, but the costs continue. Renting out your land for a solar park is a good option. You don't have to invest anything yourself, but you do benefit from the monthly revenues. You earn money and at the same time CO2 emissions are reduced.
Do you want to start your own project on your land and get maximum returns? Then we can help and support you where necessary. But would you prefer, for a slightly lower return, to be relieved of all your worries and let us take care of everything for you? That is also possible. You can rent out your land from 10 hectares.
Roof owners and green energy
Do you have a large roof, but it is still completely empty? Then you are missing out on returns! You can rent out your roof to Novar for the realization of a solar roof. You don't have to invest anything yourself, but you do benefit from the return. And not unimportantly! You contribute to a better future! We offer various options for a solar roof of at least 3000 m2.
You are guaranteed additional income for at least 16 years, because you will receive your rental income every month. We can arrange everything for you, or just support you when you want to start your own solar roof project.
Developers and green energy
Developers are also tackling projects like realizing solar parks. But actually realizing them is not always easy. Nearly half of large-scale solar projects fail to get off the ground.
