Sustainability is increasingly being enforced from on high. A selection of new laws and regulations: starting in 2025, roofs larger than 250 square meters must have solar panels on the roof. An obligation that also applies to renovations. A rule that is already in force is the obligation for offices for rent or sale to have at least energy label C. Or how about the tightening on the energy savings obligation for businesses and institutions since July 1?

Due to falling prices of panels, the phase amount has decreased in recent years. And this trend is expected to continue.
